In this phase, we focuses on the as-built documentation and information for the completed project, capturing detailed data and information about the actual physical components and systems. This also requires on-site field verification to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the documented information. It involves comparing the as-built conditions with the original design intent and making any necessary adjustments or updates to the documentation. LOD 500 models and documentation provide valuable information for asset management and facilities maintenance purposes. They include detailed data about the engineering systems, equipment, and components, enabling efficient operation, maintenance, and future renovations.
